Please speak English fluently,not be currently serving in the Military, nor reside overseas. He'll have to come see me for our first face to face. Otherwise, if you don't plan on doing that, then please pass me by. Afterwards, I'm willing to visit him but for now, it'd be on his dime. Religion and Politics are important, but not a deal-breaker.
